The WDF are very pleased to announce that the Guernsey Darts Association are set to become the 73rd WDF Member Country.
WDF President Bill Hatter was quick to point out how much he was looking forward to welcoming Guernsey into the WDF family. “I was more than impressed with the way in which the Guernsey Darts Federation constructed their application to become WDF members. It was very professionally put together and they ticked every box when it came to showing how well the association is being run. We look forward to working with Caroline and her team in the coming years.”
Caroline La Touche is President of the Guernsey Darts Association and had this to say about joining the WDF: “Guernsey Darts have made big strides in the last few years and as a board we felt it was time to take the next step and join the WDF. We’re now working towards hosting our first WDF ranked tournament, hopefully in 2021 and we’ve heard great things about the World and Europe Cup competitions so are really looking forward to being a part of such prestigious events and giving players from our small island the chance to play against the best in the world.”
